1, EVA cable material modified by flame retardant, cable material combustion resistance and high temperature carbon have significantly improved.  

2, when the appropriate addition of flame retardant, EVA cable material elongation at break 641.8%, tensile strength 15.26 MPa, oxygen index 29.3, horizontal and vertical combustion up to UL 94V - O class.  

3. After flame retardant modification, the thermal stability of EVA cable material is significantly improved. TG TG analysis shows that the carbon residue of flame retardant EVA cable material at 6O0℃ is about 18, while the non-flame retardant material is only about 2.  

4. Conical calorimetric analysis shows that after flame retardant modification of EVA cable material, the ignition time reaches 29 s, and the maximum heat release rate decreases to 393 KW/m.  


The flame retardant is halogen-free and heavy metal-free, with high decomposition temperature and low melt viscosity.  Meet RoHS, REACH environmental requirements.  Ultra-fine powder and good surface treatment, so that the flame retardant in the product does not precipitation, no migration, flame retardant effect through UL 94 V-0 grade.
