Antimony trioxide for PVC and EVA Cable
1.Antimony trioxide for Cable compared with using halogen-based flame retardants alone (which requires an addition of 15-20%), the combination of Sb₂O₃ (3-5%) can significantly enhance the flame retardant efficiency and reduce the material cost.

2.The decomposition temperature is over 400℃, which is compatible with the processing temperature of PVC (160 - 200℃). Antimony trioxide for Cable ensures that no smoke is produced during the processing. -
Antimony trioxide for wires and cables
1.Antimony trioxide for Cable Material reacts with halogen flame retardants (such as chlorinated paraffins, decabromodiphenyl ether) to form SbCl₃ and SbOCl. In the gas phase, antimony trioxide for Cable Material captures free radicals (·H, ·OH) and interrupts the combustion chain reaction, enabling the wires and cables to pass through strict flame retardant tests such as UL94 V-0 and IEC 60332.
2.Plastic grade antimony trioxide is an electrically neutral inorganic substance. It is uniformly dispersed in cable materials such as PVC/PE, without affecting the volume resistivity (≥ 1×10¹² Ω·cm), and meets the insulation standard of GB/T 8815.antimony trioxide for Plastic antimony trioxide for Cable Material flame retardant Antimony trioxide powderSend Email Details
